Administrative License Review (ALR) Lawyers

You have 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE YOU WERE ARRESTED FOR DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED (DWI) TO REQUEST AN ALR HEARING. If you do not request a hearing, your Texas Driver’s License will be suspended automatically. Jones & Hull, P.C. can request this hearing for you.

Driver’s License Suspension Resulting from DWI

When a driver fails or refuses to submit to a breath or a blood test, his or her license is automatically suspended. This takes effect 40 days after the driver was asked to provide a breath or blood specimen. A suspension can be prevented if the person or their attorney requests a license suspension hearing within 15 days of his or her arrest. If a hearing is requested, no action will be taken regarding suspension until after a hearing has taken place.

It is possible to prevent the suspension of your driver’s license. Contact Jones & Hull, P.C. and let us help prevent your license from being suspended.
